How to request deletion:

To help us identify your data, please provide as much information as possible about your submission. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to locate and delete your data.

This code is shown on your results page. If you have it, this is the fastest way to identify your data.
We may need to contact you if we require additional information to identify your data. Without contact details, we may not be able to process your request if the information provided is insufficient.

  • Any unique circumstances about your test session

Privacy Note: The information you provide in this form will only be used to identify and delete your original submission. This deletion request itself will be retained for audit purposes as required by law but will not be used for any other purpose.
