Zoe Bayliss is the owner of Creative Touch, a well renowned beauty salon in the Broom area of Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Zoe has been in the industry for more than 20 years, after starting out training with a City & Guilds beauty course (now the NVQ Level 3) before embarking on a career with CND in acrylic nail extensions.

After a 4 year stint working in London, working with high profile clients including models and celebrities, Zoe returned to her Rotherham roots and established Creative Touch from scratch.

When lash extensions took the beauty industry by storm in 2013, Zoe fell in love and chose the world-renowned training school, Nouveau, to complete her training.

Not one to do things by halves, Zoe wanted to know everything there was to know about lashes, and so took a teaching course in 2016, and has been sharing her knowledge with beauty professionals ever since.

Shortly after Zoe trained in volume lashes at Nouveau, and earned a high profile role as a trainer. She continued to work at Nouveau part time while running her own business for 2 years.

While there Zoe taught both large and small classes in Classic Lashes, LVL Lash Lift eventually becoming their Volume and SVS Lash trainer. After 2 lovely years at Nouveau Zoe decided to leave and embark on running her own business full time.

While working at Nouveau she started hearing about Microblading, another new treatment to take the beauty industry by storm. Zoe has always been thirsty for knowledge so she enrolled on a Microblading course with Joanne Lee herself, a former trainer with Nouveau, bringing her NVQ level to 4.

After a full year getting into her number one love, she took my skills further and did the complete permanent makeup course, again with Joanne Lee.

Over the last few years Zoe has grown her skills in this amazing and rewarding industry by doing extra training to fine tune her techniques, so she can pass this onto clients and students.

Training with the likes of Joanne Lee, brow daddy, Monica Ivani, Courtney Stevens, Shay Danielle, Layla Hinchen to name a few to grow and improve and keep up to date with current trends. Anybody who chooses to take the permanent makeup path or any beauty path, we believe never stops learning, to better themselves and keep their skills on top of the game.

Zoe now runs a small, busy and successful salon/training school, along side her daughter and staff including a nurse, and offers a multitude of different courses which are accredited by the beauty guild and CPD.

All our courses are small (no more than 3 in beauty and 2 in permanent makeup) and personal and given with passion by Zoe. Each course run is tailored to each individual need, and our support is ongoing after completion – we’re always there to help.
