Missed appointment

Not for me, missed an appointment due to a family emergency, already paid deposit for appointment, received a very blunt abrupt message, stating your appointment is NOW, not that good at lashes anyway

RF Microneedling

I have had several RF microneedling treatments (face and body) with Claire and the results have exceeded my expectations. Claire is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend and will be back. xx

Pamper facial

I've been to Creative Touch today to have a 'pamper facial' by Jessica, as a little treat to myself.

Jessica was both friendly and professional, explaining each step of my treatment along the way.

The products Jessica used smelled really lovely (especially the cool and calming lavender mask) and Jessica's touch was both gentle and confident at the same time.

At the end of my facial Jessica even took the time to help me off the couch.

Thank you so very much Jessica, today has reminded me that I need to treat myself more often! 🙏

RF Microneedling

I can really recommend the RF microneedling and Claire was so professional, knowledgeable and competent in providing this treatment. Which I first had a couple of weeks ago.

Later the same day, I went to see some friends. Even without makeup, everyone said how much better and how well I looked. One lady even asked for Creative Touch's contact details.

Both Claire and Zoe were knowledgeable and caring when I went for my initial consultation. I'm currently having PE face treatment , also with Claire, and I can already see a big difference. Would definitely recommend Creative Touch' and I'm trying an eyebrow wax and shape later this week.

PE FACE muscle tightening

I was welcomed with a warm friendly smile from Jessica to have my 1st session of PE. She explained the machine and proceeded to make me feel at ease and we discussed expectations with my tightening journey... Looking forward to all sessions and to see the full results in a few weeks time !! Thanks again Jessica, you are an asset to the team 😘

Top notch quality, honest, service with a smile

Zoe and Grace are both lovely amazing people. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, whether it be doing nails, laser treatments or anything else. Grace did my nails today and they look phenomenal, putting right the mess made by one of the many horrendous Vietnamese nail bars. Zoe is doing laser treatment on my brows, to remove bad old brows, to create a new masterpiece and I have every confidence in her. I will be back again and again, and the ladies will be tired of seeing me (lol). You get what you pay for. Here, it is top notch quality, honest, service with a smile. For someone who has bad anxiety this fills me with joy, as I clam up if I’m made to feel ill at ease. Not the case at all here. I highly recommend Creative Touch to anyone ❤️❤️❤️

Million dollar nails

I was so impressed with Grace. She does such a fantastic job. She made my awful nails done by one of the awful nail bars look a million dollars! such a talent and she is so friendly and makes you feel welcome and at ease. She also accommodated me by doing a full set and toes too (I only went for infills) by juggling other appointments which I am so grateful for. She really goes the extra mile. It was my first time with Grace and it will not be the last. I am booked in again in 2 weeks time and will definitely be a regular customer from now on!! So refreshing to have found such a lovely person to do my nails after years of searching. I would highly recommend her and wish I had found her sooner. She’s brilliant! I can’t get to her by bus (I don’t drive), but she is so good at what she does, I am happy to pay a taxi to get to her. That says it all really. See you soon xx 🤩
