    2. Aesthetic Treatments: Permanent makeup, Botox injections, fat reduction procedures, cellulite removal, anti-ageing treatments, muscle tightening, micropigmentation (SMP), and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
    3. Training Services: Professional courses in eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint, brow lamination, gel nails, nail tips, manicures, pedicures, and advanced aesthetic procedures including planned Botox and dermal filler training.
    4. Model Program: Discounted treatments provided by students under professional supervision for training purposes.
  3. Age Requirements and Eligibility
    1. Clients must be 18 years or older for all aesthetic treatments including Botox and fat reduction procedures.
    2. Beauty services may be provided to clients aged 16 and above. Clients under 18 require written parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the consultation.
    3. Photo identification (passport or driving license) is required for all first appointments and any treatments involving medical aesthetic procedures.

  6. Appointment Booking and Attendance
    1. Booking Requirements: All appointments require booking in advance with a booking fee payment to secure your preferred date and time.
    2. Booking Fee Policy: A non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
    3. Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for new clients to complete consultation paperwork. Existing clients should arrive promptly at their scheduled time.
    4. Late Arrivals: Appointments ending late may impact subsequent clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and cancellation charges may apply.
    5. Preparation: Arrive with clean skin, no eye makeup for lash services, and contact lenses removed where applicable. Avoid eyelash curlers on the treatment day.
  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
    1. Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment during business hours.
    2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
    3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in full payment being charged, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
    4. Rescheduling: With proper notice, appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. Booking deposits will transfer to your new appointment.
  8. Payment Terms
    1. Accepted Methods: We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Payment must be completed before leaving the treatment room.
    2. Course Payments: Training courses require full payment in advance. Treatment courses must be completed within specified timeframes (6 weeks for weekly courses, and 12 months for monthly courses).
    3. Model Program: Discounted model services require immediate payment and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

    1. No Guarantees: While we strive for excellent results, individual responses to treatments vary. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
