  • Personal Expression

Your jewellery collection tells a story. Piercings let you curate your look exactly how you want it, from minimal and elegant to bold and creative.

  • Confidence Through Style

There’s something empowering about looking in the mirror and seeing exactly what you envisioned. That’s what a well-placed piercing does.

  • Versatile Aesthetic

Change your jewellery, change your vibe. Piercings adapt to your mood, outfit, and occasion with endless jewellery options.

  • Permanent Yet Adaptable

Unlike tattoos, piercings can be temporary if you change your mind, but most people discover they love the look and keep adding more.

The Safe Way to Get Pierced

Piercing is unregulated in the UK, which means standards vary wildly. At Creative Touch, we’ve built our reputation on doing things properly.

Jessica follows strict hygiene protocols including single-use sterile equipment, professional-grade jewellery, and comprehensive health screening. Our clinic is registered with Rotherham Council environmental health, and we maintain the same infection control standards across all our treatments, from aesthetic injections to piercings.

You’ll receive full aftercare guidance, premium aftercare solution, and ongoing support during your healing journey. Because professional piercing isn’t just about the appointment, it’s about proper healing and long-term results.

What to Expect

Precise, professional piercing using sterile equipment in a clinical studio environment, with the placement carefully aligned before jewellery is fitted.

Your piercing appointment starts with a consultation where we’ll discuss your desired placement, jewellery options, and any health considerations. Jessica will explain the process, answer your questions, and ensure you’re completely comfortable before proceeding.

The piercing itself takes just moments using professional equipment and sterile technique. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions, a premium aftercare solution, and access to ongoing support throughout your healing period.

Most ear and facial piercings heal within 6-8 weeks with proper aftercare, whilst body piercings may take 3-6 months. We’re here to guide you through every stage.

Your Questions Answered

Is piercing painful?

Everyone’s pain tolerance differs, but most people describe it as a sharp pinch lasting just a second. Ear lobes are typically the least sensitive, whilst cartilage and body piercings may be slightly more uncomfortable. We work quickly and professionally to minimise any discomfort.

How safe is piercing?

When performed professionally with proper hygiene protocols, piercing is very safe. We use single-use sterile equipment, follow strict infection control procedures, and conduct health screening before every appointment. Our clinic maintains the same hygiene standards across all treatments.

What jewellery can I have?

Initial piercings are done with implant-grade surgical steel or titanium studs designed for new piercings. Once healed (6-8 weeks for most ear piercings), you can change to any suitable jewellery. We can advise on the best options for your piercing type.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

We offer titanium jewellery as standard for anyone with metal sensitivities. Titanium is hypoallergenic and suitable for even the most sensitive skin. Let us know about any allergies during your consultation.

How do I care for my new piercing?

You’ll receive comprehensive aftercare instructions and premium saline solution. The key is keeping it clean without over-cleaning, avoiding touching it with dirty hands, and being patient during healing. We provide ongoing support if you have any concerns.

What’s the minimum age for piercing?

We pierce ear lobes from 8 years plus with a parent or guardian present. Other piercings require age 16+ with valid ID, and some body piercings are 18+ only. Parents/guardians must be present for anyone under 18.

Can I bring my own jewellery?

For safety and hygiene reasons, initial piercings must be done with our sterile, packaged jewellery. Once healed, you can wear any appropriate jewellery you choose.

What if I change my mind?

Most piercings will close if you remove the jewellery and leave it out. Ear lobe piercings may leave a small mark, but most other piercings close completely. We’re happy to discuss this during your consultation.
