Established by me - Zoe Bayliss - Creative Touch is a highly esteemed family-run salon and training school positioned in the heart of Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
With over two decades of professional experience and a deep passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin, my journey began with an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
From NVQ to CND (Creative Nail Design), I ‘nailed it’ by acquiring a notable vocation in acrylic nail design and extensions. Living and working in London for four years as a nail technician, I rapidly established an impressive portfolio of high-profile clients. Those years taught me something fundamental: confidence isn’t just about looking good. It’s about feeling seen, understood, and supported.
I decided to move back to my hometown of Rotherham where Creative Touch and my family were born.
When lash extensions arrived on the scene in, I was captivated. Not just by the technique itself, but by how they transformed my clients’ confidence. Given the opportunity to train with the world-renowned Nouveau Lashes training school, I jumped at the chance to extend my skillset.
Meticulous and highly skilled in those impeccably fanned volume lashes, I continued to advance after being offered a high-profile trainer position with Nouveau Lashes. For two years, I worked part-time, training small and large classes in the art and precision of Classic Lashes, Volume Lashes and LVL Lash Lifts. Teaching others showed me how much I loved sharing knowledge, not just applying techniques.
I then focused on developing Creative Touch full-time, building the successful, unblemished and award-winning reputation that it proudly celebrates today.
When I heard about Microblading trending in the beauty industry, curiosity got the better of me. Whilst still employed at Nouveau Lashes, I enrolled on a course undertaken by former Nouveau trainer Joanne Lee, elevating my expertise to NVQ Level 4 standard.
Training alongside the likes of Joanne Lee, Brow Daddy, Monica Ivani (International Master Trainer and Global International Speaker), Courtney Stevens (Permanent Makeup Artist and Trainer), Shay Danielle (Permanent Makeup Artist and Trainer), and Layla Hinchen (Award Winning Permanent Makeup Artist and Trainer) to name a few, I completed a permanent makeup course and continually made it my mission to remain on point with constantly evolving industry trends.
My passion for permanent makeup continues to evolve with the industry. As techniques have advanced, I’ve embraced the artistry of ombre brows, creating that soft, powdered finish that so many clients love for its natural gradient effect. More recently, I’ve specialised in hyperrealism brows, the latest breakthrough in permanent makeup that creates incredibly natural-looking results through advanced nano-needling techniques. These cutting-edge treatments reflect my commitment to staying at the forefront of the permanent makeup industry.
Beauty From Within: The Turning Point
After years of helping clients look their best, I began noticing something. Even with flawless brows or perfectly applied treatments, some clients still struggled with confidence. The aesthetics worked beautifully on the surface, but for many people, there was a deeper story that needed addressing.
This realisation changed everything for me. I started exploring the connection between nutrition, mental wellbeing, and the treatments we offer. What I discovered was profound: true confidence and lasting results come from supporting the body’s natural processes, not just masking concerns on the surface.

I’m so proud that Creative Touch is continually thriving as a successful family-run salon and training school which has warmly welcomed my daughters Grace and Jessica, along with other Beauty Guild and CPD accredited staff who work as a close-knit and professional team.
Amongst the vast array of treatments that Creative Touch offers, I also have three beauty and two permanent makeup courses, that are individually tailored. Support is ongoing post-graduation, where I will be on hand to offer further assistance and guidance where necessary.
