Russian Lip Fillers
The Russian Lip Filler technique has become a highly sought-after treatment, offering a unique approach to lip augmentation. Unlike traditional lip fillers that focus on adding volume throughout the lips, the Russian technique creates a subtle lift and definition.
What are Russian Doll Lips?
This technique utilises hyaluronic acid fillers, similar to traditional lip fillers. However, the filler is injected differently, focusing on creating a defined Cupid’s bow and everted (slightly flipped outwards) lips.
Tiny filler droplets are injected vertically, starting at the centre of the lip border and working outwards. This approach creates a subtle heart shape to the upper lip and a slight “V” shape to the lower lip, resulting in lips that appear fuller and slightly lifted from the side profile.
